Lukischa Ramos, Chief Operations Officer
Lukischa Ramos, Chief Operations Officer, is a professional with 13 years of human resource management experience. She has notable experience in performance management, staffing, federal and state law compliance employment contract negotiations, benefit administration, compensation and payroll, training, and development.
Lukischa is a recipient of the Non-Profit Human Resource Leader award from the Milwaukee Business Journal. In her current role, Lukischa also oversees UCC's Maintenance/Security department and the Fitness Center. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration-Accounting from Upper Iowa University and a Master's Degree in Business Administration-Human Resources. Lukischa believes in keeping an open door policy and enjoys supporting other UCC departments.
